In spring and autumn Sardinia attracts the attention of traditional alpinist, free climbing athletes and beginners keen on learning this activity.

Sardinia has probably everything to offer an athlete keen on rock climbing, going down gorges or climbing red or grey granite rocks above the sea.

Near Mount Ruiu, 11 Km from Valledoria, there is a place for rope climbing. At Conca de Caddu, 25 Km from Laerru, 40 routes were created for climbers in the ravine.
